Retail Sales Terms & Conditions

TERMS: All orders are pre-paid. You may pre-pay your order with a cashier�s check or money order. Personal checks require a 14 day hold before shipment. For Visa or MasterCard orders, please include expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, the extra security digits from the back of the card, and a contact phone number. For orders less than $20, a $5 minimum order fee will apply. For established customers, we can ship UPS COD. Foreign customers must make prior arrangements before shipment. Pre-paid out-of-country orders are in U.S. currency. Foreign customers are requested to FAX all correspondence in English. Our FAX is 918-342-0624.

OKLAHOMA CUSTOMERS: Pay 6.0% state and local sales tax.

SHIPPING: We ship UPS and U.S. Mail. FedEx (next day only) on request. Charges are actual plus $2.00 handling. We do not ship to Sky Boxes. Foreign shipments over $100 wholesale and/or all barrels require Export Permits.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Notify UPS and Nowlin Mfg. Immediately. Carrier will inspect merchandise and package. Retain all boxes/packing materials for their inspection. Follow shipper instructions for U.S. Mail (insured or registered) and FedEx.

RETURN TO NOWLIN SHIPMENTS: Please call us for a return approval code.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE: by placing an order with Nowlin Mfg, the purchaser acknowledges that he understands the above �terms and conditions� and agrees to them without reservation. Nowlin Mfg. constantly strives to improve its products, and therefore reserves the right to change designs, materials, specifications and/or prices without notice.
